Roxy Jezel

Roxy Jezel, real name Soolin Tanachaisugit,  was born on June 5, 1982 in London, England.  Her father is Thai and her mother is English.  She grew up in East London in a place she says was "kind of ghetto."  She was a good girl in school and got an award for having top grades in secondary school.

When she was 17, she worked for a chat line, talking dirty to men from the USA and Ireland.  She got the dragon tattoo on her back when she was 18 and at university because her father was born during the year of the dragon, and in Chinese philosophy, they believe dragons protect you.  She graduated with a BA in philosophy.  Using money she saved from her work as a chat line worker, she backpacked around Europe and Australia, and began working as a stripper in Australia.  She launched her own website, which was noticed by Direct Models in LA, who contacted her and paid her to fly to the USA to begin her career in pornography.
